After cleansing, pour a small amount into your palms or onto a cotton pad and pat over the face and neck until absorbed, then follow with lotion. Ethanol is the second listed ingredient, and the formula also contains fragrance, limonene and linalool, so it is best suited to normal, combination or oily skin that enjoys a cool, fresh finish.
