This refreshing sea kelp serum hydrates moisture-depleted skin without a heavy, oil-rich feel, while niacinamide and adenosine support brighter, firmer-looking skin and glycerin, xylitol and erythritol help maintain moisture. After cleansing or toning, apply 2 to 3 pumps and massage gently until absorbed.
